販売価格

販売価格は税込みです。
国内送料は全国一律550円（沖縄・離島を含む）、1注文につき1回です。割引後の商品合計が5,000円以上の場合、国内送料は無料です。
現在は日本国内への配送のみ承っております。海外への配送は一時停止しています。

Prices include Japanese consumption tax. Shipping within Japan is JPY 550 per order, including Okinawa and remote islands, and is free when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is JPY 5,000 or more. We currently deliver only to addresses in Japan. International shipping is temporarily unavailable.

代金の支払方法・時期

支払方法：クレジットカード、PAY ID あと払い、キャリア決済、コンビニ決済・Pay-easy、銀行振込をご利用いただけます。実際に利用できる方法は購入画面をご確認ください。
支払時期：クレジットカード・キャリア決済は注文時に与信枠が確保され、発送処理時に決済が確定します。コンビニ決済・Pay-easyは注文から5日後まで、銀行振込は注文から5営業日後までにお支払いください。PAY ID あと払いは、同サービスの請求案内に従ってお支払いください。
購入者様の支払手数料（税込）：コンビニ決済・Pay-easyは360円、キャリア決済は300円です。銀行振込は360円に加え、ご利用の金融機関の振込手数料が別途かかります。クレジットカードの支払手数料は無料です。PAY ID あと払いの手数料は下記をご確認ください。

Payment options are shown at checkout. For standard BASE checkout, card and carrier payments are authorized when ordered and captured when dispatch is processed. Convenience-store/Pay-easy payment is due 5 days after ordering; bank transfer is due 5 business days after ordering. For PAY ID deferred payment, follow the billing instructions.
Buyer payment fees (including tax): convenience-store/Pay-easy JPY 360; carrier billing JPY 300; bank transfer JPY 360 plus any fee charged by your bank. Card payment has no payment fee. PAY ID deferred payment costs JPY 350 when paid at a convenience store, or is free when paid by direct debit.

商品のお届け時期

クレジットカード・キャリア決済・PAY ID あと払いはご注文確定後、コンビニ決済・Pay-easy・銀行振込はご入金確認後、通常1〜3営業日以内に発送いたします。土日祝・年末年始は営業日に含みません。繁忙期や天候等により遅れる場合があります。
現在は日本国内への配送のみ承っております。上記は発送までの目安であり、お届けまでの日数ではありません。

For standard BASE checkout, we usually dispatch within 1–3 business days after order confirmation for card, carrier billing and PAY ID deferred payment, or after payment is confirmed for convenience-store/Pay-easy and bank transfer. Weekends, Japanese public holidays and year-end/New Year holidays are excluded. Busy periods or weather may cause delays. We currently deliver only to addresses in Japan. These estimates refer to dispatch, not delivery.

返品について

国内配送のご注文で、商品に破損・不良がある場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、ご返送前にCONTACTフォームまたは [email protected] へご連絡ください。早期確認のため、到着後5日以内を目安にご連絡をお願いいたします。5日を過ぎて気付いた不具合等についても、まずはご相談ください。確認のうえ返品・交換をご案内します。当社起因の場合の返送料は当社が負担いたします。
お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

For orders delivered within Japan, contact us through the CONTACT form or at [email protected] before returning an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Please aim to contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can investigate promptly. If you notice a problem after 5 days, please still contact us. We will advise on a return or replacement and cover return shipping for issues caused by us. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
